The most important message that I give is that the eating plan you follow should be practical and healthy enough to follow for the rest of your life. There is, unfortunately, no magic pill for weightloss. Ultimately if you want to lose weight it is all about cutting down intake and eating more naturally rather than excluding different groups of foods altogether.

Focus on eating more natural foods that are minimally processed and as close to their normal state as possible. Choose to eat fruit, vegetables, legumes, wholegrains, nuts and yoghurt. Steer clear of highly processed products that are full of sugar, fat and salt. Eating healthy is really not rocket science but rather being aware of the foods that you eat and reading labels to know exactly what goes into the products you choose on a daily basis.
